Cancellation/Amendment

Orders are processed within 12-24 hours. Please be sure of your choice before placing an order as any cancellation or modification of an order will be rejected. All orders are immediately forwarded to our team and dispatched immediately. Therefore, it is not possible to modify or cancel the order once it has been placed.

Re-shipment

In the event that the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect departure address, he will have to pay an additional handling fee to re-route the parcel.

Return of parcels

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene/health considerations, returns are not accepted.
